About

Location: Harrison Square Townhomes is a community of modern row houses located on the corner of 13th Street and V Street in the U Street Corridor.  Completed in 2001, the 98 town homes are laid out across three stories and specifically designed to complement the existing architecture in the historic neighborhood.  Units feature hardwood floors, working fireplaces and a number of built-ins such as closet extras and a breakfast nook in the kitchen.  Gourmet kitchens combine granite counters with custom Maple cabinetry.   Garage parking conveys with most homes and the community is pet friendly.  The Harrison Square Townhomes are within walking distance of the U Street Metro Station as well as one block north of the historic Lincoln Theatre and Ben’s Chili Bowl.
